Our development activities and education are based on a detailed analysis of the specific participant – their strengths, potential, and growth areas. We use proven diagnostic tools fine-tuned by years of practice, such as:
- psychodiagnostics,
- assessment and development centres,
- behavioral interviews.
Based on these outputs, we can precisely identify key development and training topics and create an individual development plan. This may include:
- self-study,
- coaching or mentoring,
- purposeful involvement in new tasks, projects, or assignments,

We have developed our own agile development method – Team Mirror.
How does it work?
- In a moderated discussion, we creatively map the views and attitudes of all team members toward pre-agreed aspects of team cooperation.
- We then analyze the collected data and prepare recommendations that can significantly increase team performance and efficiency.
- The output is concrete action steps to improve cooperation, atmosphere, and results.
